REFUND, CANCELLATION AND COURSE PAUSE POLICY
This Refund, Cancellation, and Course Pause Policy (“Policy”) applies to all courses, workshops, programs, subscriptions, personalized numerology consultations (Basic and Advanced), name correction services, spiritual advisory sessions, coaching sessions, digital products, and any other offerings provided by SHIVOHAM (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (Here in after referred to as “Shivoham Shastr” Or “we,” Or “us,” Or “our” Or “Company” Or “Consultant”).
By enrolling in, purchasing, booking, or subscribing to any service offered by Shivoham Shastr, the client (“Client,” “you,” “your”) expressly acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by this Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1. All payments made toward any course, program, workshop, subscription, personalized numerology consultation (Basic or Advanced), name correction service, spiritual advisory session, digital product, or any other offering provided by Shivoham Shastr are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. By completing a purchase, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, reversals, or transfers shall be permitted under any circumstances.
1.2. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Non-attendance or partial participation

Dissatisfaction with course content or outcomes

Inability to implement recommended strategies or practices

Personal or professional conflicts

Technical, scheduling, or timing issues
1.3. Shivoham Shastr does not guarantee specific outcomes related to financial growth, career advancement, relationships, health, business success, or personal transformation. By enrolling in any service, the Client accepts full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and results derived from the guidance provided.
2. Payment Terms & Enrolment
2.1. All clients are required to make full advance payment for any Basic or Advanced Numerology course, personalized numerology consultation (Basic or Advanced), name correction service, workshop, subscription, digital product, or any other offering provided by Shivoham Shastr. Access to any course materials, consultation sessions, reports, advisory services, or digital content shall be granted only after successful receipt and confirmation of full payment. No services will be initiated or delivered without prior payment.
2.2. All payments must be made through Razorpay or any other authorized payment gateway designated by Shivoham Shastr. By completing a transaction, the client agrees to be bound by the respective payment gateway’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, and security practices. Shivoham Shastr shall not be responsible for any issues, delays, or errors arising from the independent policies or technical systems of such payment gateways.
2.3. Enrolment in any course or program is considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment. The client will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of the successful transaction. In the event that a confirmation email is not received within this timeframe, the client is responsible for contacting the official support team to verify enrollment status.
2.4. The client shall be solely responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, duties, bank charges, foreign transaction fees, or other statutory charges imposed under applicable laws or by financial institutions. All payments must be made in full without unauthorized deductions or chargebacks.
2.5. In the case of payment failure, declined transactions, or interrupted processing, access to courses, consultations, or services will not be provided. If an amount is deducted from the client’s account but services are not delivered, the client must promptly notify the official support email of Shivoham Shastr with complete transaction details, including transaction ID, date of payment, payment method, and proof of deduction. Upon verification, the amount may be adjusted against enrolment or refunded only if it is confirmed that no services, access, consultation, or reports were provided. Any such verified refund shall be processed within seven working days. No refund will be issued once access has been granted or services have been delivered.
2.6. Shivoham Shastr does not store or have direct access to clients’ full payment details, including credit or debit card numbers, CVV numbers, banking passwords, or one-time passwords (OTPs). All sensitive payment information is securely processed by the authorized payment gateway. Shivoham Shastr shall not be held liable for unauthorized access, fraudulent transactions, banking errors, technical failures, payment gateway disruptions, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
3. ACCESS, PARTICIPATION & COMMUNICATION POLICY – SHIVOHAM SHASTR
3.1. Access to Courses & Consultancy Services Upon successful confirmation of payment, the Client shall be granted access to the relevant Learning Management System (LMS), live online sessions, study materials, recordings, and/or consultancy services, as applicable to the enrolled course or service offered by Shivoham Shastr. Access to recorded sessions shall remain valid for the period specified in the course details (currently up to 3 months from the end of the course, unless otherwise stated). For personalized consultancy services (Basic/Advanced Numerology, Name Correction, Compatibility Analysis, etc.), access shall include scheduled consultation sessions and relevant reports as per the selected package.
3.2. Assignments & Course Participation (For Certified Courses) For Basic, Advanced, or Complete Numerology Courses: Clients are required to complete weekly assignments, practical exercises, or case studies as instructed during the course. All assignments must be submitted strictly to the official email address provided by Shivoham Shastr (info@shivohamshastr.com or any updated official email notified in writing). Certification shall be granted only upon satisfactory completion of required assignments and participation criteria.
3.3. Active Participation & Implementation Responsibility Clients enrolling in courses or consultancy services must:

Attend live sessions regularly (where applicable),

Actively participate in discussions,

Complete assigned tasks,

Implement the guidance, remedies, or recommendations provided during sessions.
Failure to actively participate or implement the course guidance does not entitle the Client to any refund, transfer, deferment, or extension beyond the refund and rescheduling policy expressly stated by Shivoham Shastr. For consultancy and name correction services, results may vary depending on individual effort, timing, and external factors. Shivoham Shastr does not guarantee specific outcomes.
3.4. Official Communication Policy All official communication related to:

Support or grievances,
must be conducted strictly through the official email address provided by Shivoham Shastr. Direct personal communication with the founder, consultants, or team members via personal phone numbers, WhatsApp, social media messages, or other platforms is strictly prohibited unless expressly scheduled through official channels. Failure to comply with this communication policy may result in delayed responses or administrative action as deemed appropriate by Shivoham Shastr.
4. Pause / Deferment Policy
4.1. In unavoidable and exceptional circumstances, a Client may request a temporary pause or deferment of a Basic or Advanced Numerology course offered by Shivoham Shastr. Any such pause or deferment shall be granted strictly at the sole discretion of the Company and shall not exceed a maximum period of 1 month.
4.2. Only one deferment request shall be permitted per Client. The request must be submitted in writing through the official support email designated by Shivoham Shastr and must clearly mention the Client’s enrolment details and reason for the request. Deferment requests must be made within the original course validity period or course activation, whichever is applicable.
4.3. If a deferment request is approved, course access will be temporarily paused and subsequently reactivated only for the remaining validity period. The duration for which the course was already active and accessible prior to the pause shall be deducted from the total validity period. The deferment does not extend the original validity timeline but merely allows temporary suspension within it.
4.4. No additional extensions, repeated pauses, or further deferment requests shall be entertained beyond the original course validity period. This pause policy applies strictly to structured courses and does not apply to personalized numerology consultations, name correction services, reports, or any other one-time advisory services, which once delivered are considered fully completed.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. All Clients enrolling in Basic or Advanced Numerology courses, personalized numerology consultations (Basic or Advanced), name correction services, workshops, or any other offerings provided by Shivoham Shastr are expected to provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information at the time of registration or consultation. This includes, but is not limited to, correct name details, date of birth, contact information, and any other information required for numerological analysis or course enrolment.
5.2. Clients are required to follow the official communication and support protocol as specified on the Shivoham Shastr website. All queries, requests, or concerns must be submitted through the designated support email or official communication channels. Shivoham Shastr shall not be responsible for delays or miscommunication arising from the Client’s failure to use the prescribed support process.
5.3. For structured courses and programs, Clients are expected to submit assignments, exercises, feedback, or required documentation within the stipulated timelines, wherever applicable. Active participation, timely engagement, and sincere effort are essential components of the learning process.
5.4. During one-to-one consultations, advisory sessions, or interactive classes, Clients are expected to act in good faith, maintain respectful communication, and cooperate throughout the session. Any disruptive, abusive, dishonest, or non-cooperative behaviour may result in termination of access at the sole discretion of Shivoham Shastr.
5.5. Failure to adhere to these responsibilities shall not entitle the Client to any refund, extension, pause, deferment, or compensation under any circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Shivoham Shastr does not guarantee results from courses, programs, or consulting services. Outcomes depend on the Client’s personal engagement, implementation, and circumstances.
6.2. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service, or the accuracy of content.
6.3. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, content, or third-party tools.
7. Policy Modifications
7.1. Shivoham Shastr reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time due to operational, technical, or legal reasons.
7.2. Updated versions will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest version.
