Without limitation, the Confidential Information of Shivoham Shashtr includes all proprietary and intellectual property provided to Participants in connection with its services, including but not limited to: Basic and Advanced Numerology Course materials, Consultancy Training Programs, Name Correction methodologies, manifestation frameworks, quantum reprogramming tools, coaching scripts, workbooks, exercises, journaling prompts, affirmation scripts, guided meditations, spiritual practices, recordings, private video lessons, live or recorded sessions, group discussions, mentorship calls, digital downloads, templates, proprietary numerology techniques, feedback, and any other content, tools, or support provided as part of the Services.
Confidential Information encompasses all such materials whether or not expressly labeled or marked as confidential. Participants agree to treat all such materials, teachings, methodologies, and guidance as strictly confidential and proprietary to Shivoham Shashtr, and shall not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, or disclose any such information to third parties without the prior written consent of Shivoham Shashtr.
All such Confidential Information constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Shivoham Shashtr and is provided strictly for the Client’s personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services.
The Confidential Information of the Client includes any personal information, identifying details, communications, shared experiences, responses, or materials disclosed to Shivoham Shashtr in connection with its services. This encompasses information shared during one-to-one numerology consultations, group sessions, live or recorded workshops, course exercises, written submissions, electronic communications, or any other interaction with Shivoham Shashtr.
